Are you a sensitive woman? Overloaded with years of personal care products and cleaning products?I tried perfume in my younger years and always felt off after putting it on or my nose ran like a tap. Who is susceptible to toxicants?

We are all exposed to chemicals on a daily basis. Our bodies have mechanisms to cope with these chemicals. For some of us the mechanisms are hindered by factors like a genetic predisposition or an existing toxic load. I started being more mindful of my toxic load after health issues arose. I had always been sensitive but not realised that some symptoms were chemical sensitivity until the build up of chemicals had me in such a mess. Who feels like they are a canary in the coal mine?Our sense of smell is a survival instinct. Our noses tell us when something dangerous to us is present. My 2020 Goal: Lower the load.

So it's that inspirational time of year when we set a goal for the next 12 months.    We often put pressure on ourselves to get it all right and then beat ourselves up when after a few days or weeks into the year we feel we have failed.   So.....set your goal to Trying!  Take small steps towards a longer term goal.  My goal is lowering the load.
